The Delaware Division of Libraries is making the search for assistance with everything from housing and food to family counseling, adult education and job placement easier through the Delaware Libraries Community Resources Exchange (CRE).
CRE brings social service organizations, agencies and public libraries together to maximize resources. Through this collaboration, social services information will be available through public libraries, enabling Delaware residents to find the resources they need by visiting their local library in person or online.
